If for some reason you feel that you can no longer deal with your financial affairs and make a decision about your welfare:

A Power of Attorney could be the answer. We have prepared numerous Powers of Attorney since the change in the law in October 2007.

There are two main types:­
­

1. Lasting Power of Attorney where you appoint a person or ­persons to deal with your finances and A Power of Attorney to deal with welfare problems, e.g. where you should live, medical treatment etc.
   
   
2. We can settle the Power or Powers, Reg­ister the document / documents with the Office to the Public Guardian and conclude all other necessary paperwork.
